SUMAR SALUD: no olvide registrar su tratamiento especial en PAMI<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Estimado afiliado\/a:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le recordamos que, tanto para Diabetes en particular como para otros tratamientos especiales, PAMI tiene como requisito que usted se inscriba en un programa especial de PAMI.  Ese paso es necesario para que usted pueda gestionar sus recetas de medicamentos a trav\u00e9s del programa Sumar Salud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En el programa Sumar Salud, no se pueden solicitar recetas para diabetes u otros tratamientos especiales si usted no est\u00e1 previamente inscripto en un programa especial de PAMI. (En algunos casos, no es un programa, pero PAMI s\u00ed exige un formulario para tr\u00e1mite de excepci\u00f3n.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SOSUNC: <\/strong>En nuestra obra social, la cobertura para tratamientos especiales se realiza a trav\u00e9s de un formulario que completa su profesional m\u00e9dico y luego usted lo presenta en SOSUNC.\u00a0 Encuentra el formulario del Plan Diabetes y otras patolog\u00edas cr\u00f3nicas en el siguiente enlace: VER FORMULARIOS<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

PAMI:<\/strong> En PAMI, usted debe contar primero con un M\u00e9dico de Cabecera. Si no lo tiene, tiene que ir al siguiente enlace para que le asignen un\u00a0 profesional: Asignaci\u00f3n M\u00e9dico de Cabecera PAMI<\/a>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le compartimos un instructivo con el paso a paso para solicitar su M\u00e9dico de Cabecera o realizar cualquier otra solicitud en la web de PAMI: INSTRUCTIVO<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Si usted ya tiene M\u00e9dico de Cabecera, tiene que solicitarle que complete el formulario para su patolog\u00eda y luego lo presenta en la delegaci\u00f3n de PAMI m\u00e1s cercana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Todos los insumos y medicamentos para  Diabetes, Artritis Reumatoidea, oncol\u00f3gicos, HIV, etc., tienen cobertura del 100% por PAMI y se renuevan autom\u00e1ticamente, pero previamente su M\u00e9dico de Cabecera debe completar los formularios de cada patolog\u00eda y usted acercarlos a una delegaci\u00f3n de PAMI. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los tr\u00e1mites que se describen para SOSUNC y PAMI son fundamentales e ineludibles si usted tiene un tratamiento especial y necesita gestionar sus recetas a trav\u00e9s del programa Sumar Salud. Es imprescindible el correcto registro de su patolog\u00eda en ambas obras sociales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
