Desde SOSUNC, dedicamos el mes de enero a informar sobre los cuidados de la piel para evitar quemaduras, envejecimiento prematuro o enfermedades provocadas por la radiaci\u00f3n ultravioleta (UV).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para actividades al aire libre, aplic\u00e1 filtro solar al menos 5 minutos antes, sobre todo en las \u00e1reas sensibles como orejas, cuello, nariz, empeine de pies y manos y partes calvas de la cabeza. Tambi\u00e9n us\u00e1 protector labial y lentes con filtro UV. Otra recomendaci\u00f3n es que lleves ropa amplia, ligera y de color claro m\u00e1s un sombrero que cubra tanto la cabeza como el cuello y orejas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para hacer actividad f\u00edsica, eleg\u00ed los horarios menos calurosos, cubr\u00ed tu cabeza con un gorro o pa\u00f1uelo y llev\u00e1 una botella de agua para hidratarte antes, durante y despu\u00e9s del ejercicio. Es importante evitar los golpes de calor, que afectan sobre todo a beb\u00e9s y personas mayores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vas a tomar sol, record\u00e1:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>No te expongas entre las 10 y 16 horas. Para asegurarte de que no hay riesgo, control\u00e1 que tu sombra sea mayor que la altura de tu cuerpo.<\/li><li>Us\u00e1 protector solar y renovalo cada 2 horas o despu\u00e9s de salir del agua.<\/li><li>Los beb\u00e9s deben permanecer fuera del sol directo. Desde los seis meses, pueden usar protector con factor 50 o mayor.<\/li><li>En d\u00edas nublados y fr\u00edos, tambi\u00e9n hay que usar protector.
