Desde SOSUNC, dedicamos este mes a informar sobre los cuidados b\u00e1sicos para un coraz\u00f3n saludable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>El 70% de las muertes por eventos cardiovasculares ocurren fuera del hospital. Por eso, es fundamental que todas las personas se capaciten en maniobras de reanimaci\u00f3n cardiopulmonar (RCP) y el uso adecuado de desfibriladores externos autom\u00e1ticos (DEA), hoy disponibles en la mayor\u00eda de los edificios p\u00fablicos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>La RCP es una maniobra de emergencia que permite que siga llegando ox\u00edgeno a los \u00f3rganos vitales cuando una persona sufre un&nbsp; paro cardiorrespiratorio. El DEA, en cambio, es un dispositivo port\u00e1til f\u00e1cil de manipular para restablecer los latidos del coraz\u00f3n ante un paro card\u00edaco. Estas herramientas permiten salvar vidas cuando no se dispone de tiempo para esperar a la ambulancia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Las leyes argentinas promueven la ense\u00f1anza de estas t\u00e9cnicas en las escuelas y espacios de trabajo.
