{"id":6312,"date":"2023-09-21T08:19:44","date_gmt":"2023-09-21T11:19:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sosunc.org.ar\/web\/?p=6312"},"modified":"2023-09-25T09:16:37","modified_gmt":"2023-09-25T12:16:37","slug":"cobertura-diferencial-del-40","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sosunc.org.ar\/web\/?p=6312","title":{"rendered":"Cobertura diferencial del 40%\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#01114c\"><strong>Cobertura diferencial del 40%&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estimados prestadores de farmacia:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Consejo Directivo de SOSUNC, a sugerencia del \u00e1rea que coordina las pol\u00edticas sobre el uso racional de los medicamentos en la OSU, resolvi\u00f3 una cobertura diferencial de los productos farmac\u00e9uticos seg\u00fan su relevancia terap\u00e9utica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por resoluci\u00f3n del Consejo de nuestra obra social, a partir del 1 de agosto de 2023, tienen una cobertura del 40% los productos que re\u00fanen los siguientes criterios:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Tener sustitutos de mejor efectividad cl\u00ednica dentro del Formulario Terap\u00e9utico de SOSUNC, que actualmente cuentan con el 55%, 70% o 100% de cobertura.<\/li><li>Ser medicamentos cuya forma comercial son cremas, champ\u00faes, talcos, pomadas y geles con monodrogas sin efecto terap\u00e9utico, o de uso local en patolog\u00edas o condiciones de escaso riesgo;<\/li><li>Ser medicamentos sin efectividad cient\u00edfica comprobada para la patolog\u00eda que refieren en su acci\u00f3n terap\u00e9utica (cremas y productos anti-artr\u00f3sicos, o anti-varicosos, medicamentos para la memoria y otros).<\/li><li>Ser medicamentos requeridos para el tratamiento de patolog\u00edas o situaciones de salud de escasa significaci\u00f3n, pero que su cobertura por la obra social demanda un volumen creciente de sus recursos financieros, atentando al principio del uso racional de los medicamentos.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pueden consultar la lista completa de productos recetados que quedan con 40 por ciento de cobertura en el siguiente enlace:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sosunc.org.ar\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/LISTA-40-para-publicar.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">LISTADO 40%<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta diferenciaci\u00f3n permite mejorar la accesibilidad de las personas afiliadas a los medicamentos destinados a enfermedades de curso cr\u00f3nico que requieren de modo permanente y\/o recurrente del uso de f\u00e1rmacos, manteniendo y mejorando&nbsp; la cobertura con del 70% y el 100% a las patolog\u00edas cr\u00f3nicas prevalentes como hipertensi\u00f3n, dislipemias, hipotiroidismo, diabetes, y en dolencias que requieren medicamentos de alto costo como artritis, tratamientos de fertilidad, HIV y tratamientos oncol\u00f3gicos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Saludos cordiales,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>SOSUNC, una obra social gestionada por sus afiliados\/as.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cobertura diferencial del 40%&nbsp; Estimados prestadores de farmacia: El Consejo Directivo de SOSUNC, a sugerencia del \u00e1rea que coordina las pol\u00edticas sobre el uso racional de los medicamentos en la OSU, resolvi\u00f3 una cobertura diferencial de los productos farmac\u00e9uticos seg\u00fan su relevancia terap\u00e9utica.
