Desde SOSUNC, dedicamos este mes a explicar las medidas de prevenci\u00f3n, factores de riesgo y s\u00edntomas de los accidentes cerebrovasculares (ACV) y las enfermedades neurodegenerativas m\u00e1s frecuentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El cerebro es el \u00f3rgano metab\u00f3licamente m\u00e1s activo. No obstante, existen h\u00e1bitos saludables que contribuyen a disminuir los riesgos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1-<\/strong> Alimentaci\u00f3n: mantener una dieta equilibrada, tomar agua con frecuencia y evitar el consumo de bebidas azucaradas y alimentos ultraprocesados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2- <\/strong>Ejercicio y descanso: dormir 8 horas sin interrupciones, realizar al menos 45 minutos de actividad f\u00edsica diaria y dedicar el mismo tiempo a fomentar la concentraci\u00f3n, la creatividad y la memoria, a trav\u00e9s de ejercicios mentales como la lectura, juegos de mesa o artesan\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3- <\/strong>V\u00ednculos: mantener una rutina social activa que implique conversaciones cara a cara, intercambios de opiniones y momentos l\u00fadicos compartidos con otras personas para estimular la plasticidad neuronal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4-<\/strong> Control: Evitar el consumo de tabaco y alcohol y el sedentarismo y controlar otros factores de riesgo cardiovascular como la obesidad, la hipertensi\u00f3n arterial, el colesterol alto y la diabetes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuid\u00e1 la salud cerebral en todas las etapas de tu vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>SOSUNC, una obra social gestionada por sus afiliados\/as.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cuidados para un cerebro saludable El 22 de julio es el D\u00eda Mundial del Cerebro, una fecha establecida por la Federaci\u00f3n Mundial de Neurolog\u00eda para concientizar sobre la salud cerebral.
