Las personas afiliadas que necesiten cobertura de salud fuera de nuestra regi\u00f3n pueden obtenerla a trav\u00e9s de esta modalidad, sin necesidad de gestionar un reintegro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#020061\"><strong>Hac\u00e9 el tr\u00e1mite en 3 pasos<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Para pedir la reciprocidad, hay que informar sobre la necesidad de cobertura fuera de la regi\u00f3n en la delegaci\u00f3n de SOSUNC correspondiente a cada afiliado\/a.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"2\"><li>El personal de&nbsp; SOSUNC completar\u00e1 un formulario de reciprocidad en l\u00ednea. Para eso, necesitar\u00e1 la siguiente informaci\u00f3n: apellido y nombre del afiliado\/a, DNI, n\u00famero de afiliaci\u00f3n, lugar de destino, fecha de inicio del traslado y fecha de finalizaci\u00f3n.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"3\"><li>La persona afiliada a SOSUNC recibir\u00e1 una copia de ese formulario, que deber\u00e1 presentar en la obra social de su lugar de destino. All\u00e1, le entregar\u00e1n una credencial adicional para la cobertura de salud en la nueva localidad de residencia.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#020061\"><strong>Todo tipo de prestaciones<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El tr\u00e1mite de reciprocidad otorga acceso a una \u201ccanasta b\u00e1sica\u201d de prestaciones que no necesitan de la autorizaci\u00f3n de SOSUNC. La cobertura se otorga como si la persona estuviese afiliada a la obra social de su lugar de destino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La canasta b\u00e1sica incluye coberturas en consulta m\u00e9dica, laboratorio, radiolog\u00eda, psicolog\u00eda, pr\u00e1cticas m\u00e9dicas ambulatorias, enfermer\u00eda, kinesiolog\u00eda, fonoaudiolog\u00eda, oftalmolog\u00eda, odontolog\u00eda y medicaci\u00f3n.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sosunc.org.ar\/web\/?page_id=150\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">este enlace<\/a> de nuestra p\u00e1gina web, se detallan las prestaciones de la canasta b\u00e1sica y una gu\u00eda para las pr\u00e1cticas espec\u00edficas que requieren autorizaci\u00f3n de SOSUNC.
