Hoy, m\u00e1s de la mitad de las personas diagnosticadas se recupera. La evoluci\u00f3n favorable s\u00f3lo es posible con una detecci\u00f3n temprana. Por eso, desde SOSUNC, dedicaremos este mes a informar sobre los tipos de c\u00e1ncer m\u00e1s frecuentes y c\u00f3mo cuidarse para llegar al tratamiento a tiempo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hay dos tipos de c\u00e1ncer que se pueden detectar con un test de laboratorio y as\u00ed evitar su evoluci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#020757\"><strong>Vacuna y test contra el VPH<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El c\u00e1ncer de cuello de \u00fateros es causado por una infecci\u00f3n persistente en el tiempo de algunos tipos del Virus del Papiloma Humano (VPH). El riesgo de contraer esta enfermedad aumenta a partir de los 50 a\u00f1os, pero es posible prevenirla con la vacuna contra el VPH y el Papanicolaou (PAP). Adem\u00e1s, se puede hacer el test para detectar si se produjo infecci\u00f3n con este virus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#01065b\"><strong>Test de sangre oculta y colonoscop\u00eda<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El c\u00e1ncer colorrectal afecta principalmente a adultos mayores. En m\u00e1s del 80 por ciento de los casos, se genera primero un p\u00f3lipo denominado adenoma, que puede demorar m\u00e1s de 10 a\u00f1os en transformarse en c\u00e1ncer, con muy altas chances de extirparlo a tiempo.
