Hoy, m\u00e1s de la mitad de las personas diagnosticadas se recupera. La evoluci\u00f3n favorable s\u00f3lo es posible con una detecci\u00f3n temprana. Por eso, desde SOSUNC, dedicaremos este mes a informar sobre los tipos de c\u00e1ncer m\u00e1s frecuentes y c\u00f3mo cuidarse para llegar al tratamiento a tiempo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las estad\u00edsticas sobre la incidencia de los distintos tipos de c\u00e1ncer var\u00edan seg\u00fan el sexo asignado al nacer de cada persona. En varones, el m\u00e1s frecuente es el c\u00e1ncer de pr\u00f3stata y, en mujeres, el de mama. No obstante, en la mayor\u00eda de los casos, su crecimiento es lento y no produce mortalidad. Es fundamental realizar controles m\u00e9dicos frecuentes y consultar de inmediato si se detectar irregularidades o molestias al orinar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25aa\ufe0f C\u00e1ncer de mama: Es m\u00e1s frecuente en las mujeres durante la etapa de vida posterior a la menopausia. Se puede detectar con la mamograf\u00eda cuando el n\u00f3dulo todav\u00eda no es palpable y hay altas chances de un tratamiento eficaz.
