Desde SOSUNC, dedicaremos el mes de enero a informar sobre los cuidados de la piel para evitar quemaduras, envejecimiento prematuro o enfermedades provocadas por la radiaci\u00f3n ultravioleta (UV).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"is-style-checkbox wp-block-list\"><li>Si ten\u00e9s una loci\u00f3n con filtro solar del verano pasado, control\u00e1 que no est\u00e9 vencida y haya quedado guardada seg\u00fan las indicaciones del envase.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"is-style-checkbox wp-block-list\"><li>Si vas a comprar un protector solar nuevo, eleg\u00ed un producto de amplio espectro que filtre los rayos UV-A y UV-B, que son los que pueden da\u00f1ar tu piel y ojos a largo plazo.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized has-lightbox\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/192.9.200.18\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/Enero-2c-1024x1019.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5336\" width=\"512\" height=\"509\" srcset=\"http:\/\/192.9.200.18\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/Enero-2c-1024x1019.png 1024w, http:\/\/192.9.200.18\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/Enero-2c-150x150.png 150w, http:\/\/192.9.200.18\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/Enero-2c-768x764.png 768w, http:\/\/192.9.200.18\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/Enero-2c.png 1047w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 512px) 100vw, 512px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>El factor de protecci\u00f3n solar (FPS) de una loci\u00f3n indica la efectividad para prevenir quemaduras por rayos UV-B. El n\u00famero que figura en el envase (30, 45, 50, +50) se\u00f1ala por cu\u00e1nto se multiplica el tiempo \u201cseguro\u201d, es decir la cantidad de minutos que podemos estar al sol sin sufrir quemaduras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00f3lo cuando la piel es oscura y rara vez enrojece, se admite un protector con factor 30 o menor. Las pieles m\u00e1s claras, con sensibilidad a las quemaduras, requieren de un factor m\u00e1s alto.
