Desde SOSUNC, este mes, te invitamos a reflexionar sobre la importancia de un abordaje integral desde la salud mental. &#8220;Hablar salva vidas&#8221;, nos recuerda la Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de la Salud.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La prevenci\u00f3n en salud mental cobra especial importancia cuando, como comunidad, atravesamos una etapa de aislamiento social sin precedentes por la pandemia, con experiencias traum\u00e1ticas y una reorganizaci\u00f3n de la vida cotidiana que a\u00fan repercute en nuestra forma de relacionarnos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se necesita de atenci\u00f3n profesional para prevenir un caso de autolesi\u00f3n o suicido.
