Nos referimos en particular a las&nbsp; pr\u00e1cticas sin auditor\u00eda m\u00e9dica que se validan en l\u00ednea con&nbsp; el sistema SUAP.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En los \u00faltimos meses, recibimos consultas frecuentes de nuestros afiliados\/as por estos descuentos. En la mayor\u00eda de los casos, la persona que reclama desconoce o no recuerda el importe de la pr\u00e1ctica que se realiz\u00f3 en el laboratorio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La falta de informaci\u00f3n obliga a nuestros agentes a realizar un rastreo puntual en cada caso para dar respuesta a ese afiliado\/a. Esto implica una p\u00e9rdida de tiempo y recursos de la obra social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por eso, enviamos una notificaci\u00f3n a&nbsp; nuestros afiliados y afiliadas para que exijan la firma del comprobante de SUAP donde figura el importe y solicitamos la colaboraci\u00f3n de nuestros prestadores en el cumplimiento de este requisito.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recordamos que, cuando se trata de una pr\u00e1ctica sin auditor\u00eda m\u00e9dica, la persona afiliada a nuestra obra social debe notificarse del importe y firmar el comprobante de SUAP en conformidad.
