Ex sede de SOSUNC en Carlos H. Rodr\u00edguez<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

SOSUNC es propietaria de un terreno en Carlos H. Rodr\u00edguez 235 de Neuqu\u00e9n capital. All\u00ed funcion\u00f3 la sede central de la obra social hasta 2008, cuando se mud\u00f3 a su actual edificio de Avenida Argentina 1273. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A partir de 2008, la antigua casa que se usaba como sede qued\u00f3 sin uso, con una estructura edilicia endeble. Esa situaci\u00f3n provocaba malestar a los vecinos lindantes y erogaciones crecientes  en mantenimiento y limpieza para SOSUNC. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ante el grado de deterioro y los costos de una reconstrucci\u00f3n de la casa, durante la pandemia, el Consejo Directivo de SOSUNC firm\u00f3 un acuerdo con la firma “Estacionamiento del Valle\u201d para la demolici\u00f3n de la estructura. Como contrapartida, se le otorg\u00f3 a la firma un permiso para el uso del predio como playa de estacionamiento durante un lapso de dos a\u00f1os. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Luego de concluir los tr\u00e1mites de permisos municipales y procesos administrativos, el Consejo Directivo en su nueva composici\u00f3n formaliz\u00f3 la puesta en marcha del estacionamiento. Se acord\u00f3 con la empresa “Estacionamiento del Valle\u201d una tarifa diferencial para las personas afiliadas titulares de SOSUNC, que estuvo vigente hasta que se finaliz\u00f3 el plazo contractual de dos a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En abril de 2024, ante el vencimiento del contrato, la empresa propuso pagar un canon mensual a SOSUNC como alquiler de las instalaciones. La propuesta se aprob\u00f3 y entr\u00f3 en vigencia a partir de mayo. Este nuevo contrato establece un v\u00ednculo entre locador y locatario, de modo que no contempla descuentos en la tarifa de estacionamiento. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

SOSUNC contin\u00faa como instituci\u00f3n propietaria del inmueble, en resguardo del patrimonio de todos sus afiliados y afiliadas. Hasta que finalice el acuerdo, los costos de mantenimiento, impuestos y servicios p\u00fablicos forman parte de las obligaciones de la empresa locataria que administra el estacionamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
