A partir de ah\u00ed, cada d\u00eda que pasa sin consumir resulta m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil.&nbsp;<br>Gradualmente, el cuerpo restaura los niveles de dopamina&nbsp; del sistema de recompensa sin asociarlos a la nicotina. Sin embargo, si sos fumador desde hace muchos a\u00f1os, ser\u00e1 muy f\u00e1cil tambi\u00e9n que se reactive esa asociaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por eso, la forma m\u00e1s efectiva para dejar de fumar es pedir ayuda.&nbsp; Si ya no quer\u00e9s consumir cigarrillos, consult\u00e1 a un profesional de la salud.
